COLOUR: Rich yellow gold with green edges
NOSE: An intense aroma of exotic wild lime, grapefruit and fig with
hints of toasted almond and cashew.
PALATE: A bold, sophisticated Chardonnay, not for the faint
hearted. A fusion of yellow & pink grapefruit, green apple, and
quince with layers of waxy lemon & lime. Hints of toasted almond
and brioche notes from the wild yeast, along with a slight
creaminess from the malolactic portion, deliver a long palate with
seamlessly balanced, fruit, oak and acidity.

Fruit for this premium wine was picked on flavour ripeness from
Block 7 & 8, Seven Scenes vineyard, at 850 meters elevation in the
Granite Belt. Small portion was left on-skins for approx. 6 weeks
before full barrel wild fermentation in new French oak barriques.
The wine is then aged on yeast lees in oak for 14 months, including
a small parcel of malolactic fermentation for extra texture and
